All Glaskim products are covered by a 365-day warranty from the date of purchase. Once you receive your product, you can register the warranty. During this period, we will provide warranty service for products covered by the warranty. (Please refer to the warranty process below)

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage

(1) Damage caused by human factors, including but not limited to misuse or improper use.

(2) Damage caused by force majeure such as natural disasters or accidents.

(3) Failure to provide sufficient proof of purchase.

(4) Free products (such as test products, user program promotional products, etc.).

(5) Warranty period exceeded or exceeded replacement limit.
